Privacy policy

This policy applies to Piksy Dropship Radar, a private local business tool operated by Houswindoor, MB, Lithuania, and this informational website. Contact: info.piksy@gmail.com.

Purpose and access

The tool is used by its operator for supplier product research, search-demand analysis and preparation of unpublished Shopify product drafts. It is not open for public registration.

Google data accessed and used

When the operator authorizes the tool, it requests the Google Ads OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. This scope provides broader Google Ads permissions than the research features use. The current integration uses accessible Google Ads customer account identifiers and Keyword Planner data, including keywords, average monthly search volumes, competition metrics and historical monthly search metrics. It uses these metrics to evaluate product demand and display research results, subject to the account’s API access level.

The tool does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google contacts. Its current Google Ads integration does not create or modify advertising campaigns or initiate advertising expenditure.

Storage and security

OAuth refresh tokens, configured account identifiers and integration credentials are stored in local files in the tool’s private configuration directory. Access tokens are held in memory while used. Research results may be cached locally; browser storage may hold local preferences and saved catalogue data. These files are not uploaded to this website or Firebase Hosting.

Local credential files are not encrypted by the application. The operator must protect the computer, filesystem access and backups. API requests to Google and supported providers use HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and third-party services

The tool sends authorization information, account identifiers and research queries to Google as needed to obtain authorized Google Ads results. Supplier queries are sent to the selected supplier services. When the operator explicitly sends a product to Shopify, product information is transmitted to the connected Shopify store. The current integration does not send Google OAuth tokens or Google Ads research metrics to suppliers or Shopify.

Google user data is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. It is not routinely shared with outside parties. Any necessary disclosure must be limited to the operator’s consent, security or legal requirements.

Piksy Dropship Radar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Local credentials remain until the operator disconnects the integration or removes its configuration. The Google Ads disconnect action deletes the tool’s saved Google Ads credentials and clears its in-memory token cache; it does not automatically revoke the grant at Google or remove previously cached research results.

To revoke Google access, visit Google Account third-party connections and remove Piksy Dropship Radar. To remove retained research data, delete the relevant local cache and browser-stored data, including any backups or exported files. Contact us for help or a request concerning access, correction or deletion of information held by the operator.

This public website

This website serves static application and policy information through Firebase Hosting. It has no registration form, Google sign-in, analytics scripts or application tracking cookies. The hosting provider processes network requests, including technical information such as IP addresses, under its own service practices. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond.
